At Lightworks Stained Glass we believe the key to good stained glass design comes from good communication with the client and we will actively encourage and continuously seek this throughout the process of designing your stained glass commission.
Whatever subject matter you may be considering, whatever style, from traditional period to contemporary, from figurative to abstract, Lightworks Stained Glass takes great pride in being able to design truly one-off, bespoke stained glass pieces specifically to your requirements.
The only limitation is the imagination!
Having decided to commission Lightworks, our stained glass design service is on hand to advise on every aspect of developing your design idea or theme (or as is often the case, to help you form an idea or theme), taking into consideration every aspect from the windows situation and light sources to your preferred choice of colour palette. Once we have gathered as much information as possible we will then carry your idea or theme through the design process from its development as rough sketches through to a finalised design which you will then be presented with.
All design work is carried out at our Lowergate studio and is hand produced using traditional techniques. We are always happy to work to a clients own designs.
