This set of three arch topped leaded light panels was commissioned for the back door of an imposing private residence in Grasmere in the heart if the Lake District National Park. Based on a reticulated design proposed by our client, these traditionally hand-crafted leaded lights were executed in a mixture of beautiful Lamberts clear Reamy Danziger (Germany) and E.A.G. Gold/pink Streaky (Alvechurch nr Birmingham) glass. Support is provided in the form of a set of bespoke heat-bent saddle bars which although in position on the images here are very difficult to make out.
Our images show internal and external views of the completed glazing.
