Stained Glass Transom Light

Bespoke New Commissions

We’ve been incredibly busy over the last couple of years or so working on a number of restoration contracts that have taken many months to complete. Alongside these have been a number of new, larger scale, bespoke commissions that have taken considerably longer. In contrast its really nice to be able to work on smaller commissions, such as this transom-light panel, that we are able turned around in days rather than months.

This example, produced for a home in Skipton, N. Yorkshire has been hand-crafted in antique cathedral glass and features a hand-painted and kiln fired number 18 at its centre. With its basic geometric design  and use of muted colour (very much reflective of original Victorian panels of this type), we think its proof that simple and relatively inexpensive can still be highly effective.
