Bespoke stained glass is not only reliant on the craft-skills and expertise to produce it, but on great design and the artistry and vision to produce that design. From the simplest of leaded-light designs to the technical challenges of rendering the human face on glass, Lightworks take great pride in our artistic skill and ability to produce truly one-off bespoke stained glass creations which, without exception, will exceed expectations. We firmly believe the basis to good design comes from good communication with the client and will actively encourage and continuously seek this communication throughout the process of designing your new stained glass window.

Whatever subject matter you may be considering, in whatever style and whatever the scale, our stained glass artists and craftspeople will be on hand to advise you on every aspect of developing your idea or theme (or as is often the case, helping you form a design or theme). This will include taking into consideration every aspect of a project from architectural situation to outlook to light sources to your preferred choice of colour palette.
